I reserve the right to cancel & refund the order at any time for any VALID reason.
I retain MOST copyrights over the artwork.
I will NOT claim the Intellectual Property (IP) of the artwork.
I will NOT profit further from the artwork, unless if you break any of the terms.
I reserve the right to post finished artworks online, portfolio, and publications like artbooks if you have agreed to it.
Any NDA/Privacy Fee will be respected and put into action immediately.
You, The Client, and these are your rights~
You may upload the artwork on any website and social channels. As long as it's a personal use and will not profit from it.
You may NOT alter the artwork without my consent.
You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
You may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes without consent. The license to the artwork may be purchased at any point.
You may NOT use my work for feeding AI(Artificial Intelligence) and/or be made into NFTs.
Here are some additional terms~
All unpaid/WIP artwork will have a watermark or protection from being stolen. If the work is fully paid, the watermark will be removed.
I may record the drawing process and post it on my YT channel but you can request privacy!

I have not done anything with your commission such as being in waitlist or in queue.
If, for any reason, I could not start your commission, you can request a refund. Unless you request an extension of the deadline.
If, for any reason, I missed your commission's deadline, you may request a refund.
During Work-In-Progress
cancelling at this stage will receive a SOME refund
When you request any refunds at this time, the cancellation fee depends on progress made.
If you do not agree with any of these policy terms, you cannot request any refunds at this point.
